American Dream Coreopsis
The Coreopsis American Dream, ‘Coreopsis rosea,’ features rosy pink, daisy-like flowers with yellow centers. They are in the Tickseed family, and will flower from June through October. The plants have a height of fifteen inches with a spread of up to two feet. They should be cut back during early and late summer to encourage an extended blooming period. The foliage is dark green and thread leafed, which contrasts nicely with the flowers. This plant looks great with any type of grass, in borders or mass planting, and requires a sunny location.
